French translation issue

    We have a translation issue on website https://cashoffice.fr/avis

    When a review is posted, the “thank you message” is half French/half English :

    “votre avis a été enregistré and submitted for approval. Merci!”

    I checked the PO file ; the translation is done but not used.

    What should I do ?
