French Translation not in UTF 8

Hi,
The french translation of XCloner 3.0.9 isn’t encoded in UTF 8, the accented characters are replaced by a “?” character.
When I modify the encoding of my browser to Iso-8859-15, the display of accented characters is correct.Jenny
