French version of customizr

  • I have installed customizr on two websites it’s all right with the english version but with the french one when I select “apparence” and “personaliser” I dont see the first options from the top in all the menus. I would like to know how can I do either to switch in the english version or to fix the bug in the french one thank everybody for the help.

    If your problem persists, try reinstalling the theme.

    Thank you very much Menaka for your help. I can see your version is all right – concerning my website, I see the same with the first link but the second link is truncated from the top. I am going to reinstall the theme I’ll tell you. Perhaps I should try an update of my wordpress version ? But I’m not sure to be smart enough my site is hosted at ovh I don’t know if I had to try an update from my wordpress administration or from my hoste ovh ? Thanks again have a nice day,

    Hi,
    It is advisable to have the latest version of wordpress and the theme. You can update the theme and wordpress from your admin dashboard.
    Of course, you are smart enough to do it.
