French version of JM 0.7.22

Hello,
When I try JM 0.7.22 with English version, it works correctly.
But in French version of JM, there are a lot of errors. Here are some of them:
1. Agree the privacy terms. See https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/agree-the-privacy-terms?replies=8
2. Candidatures do not appear on the admin.
