Frequently returning 404 errors page for custom post type and taxonomies pages

Hello,

We have a website with multiple custom post types and taxonomies. The custom post type archive pages and single pages are frequently returning 404 errors. After updating the permalinks from the WordPress backend, the errors go away for a few days, but then they come back.

We have debugged the issue and it appears that the rewrite rules are not updating properly in the wp_option table.

Any suggestions or answers would be appreciated.
