    After every 2-3 days, we get the following error:

    Heads up! There may be a problem with your connection to Square. In order to continue accepting payments, please?disconnect and re-connect your site.

    It’s not possible to reconnect square after every 2-3 days. Please take this issue into consideration. The issue appeared approximately 2-3 months ago after the update of the plugin.

    Hello @waseem657,

    Do you have any security plugins active?

    Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    Yes, we have 2 security plugins active at the moment and they are following.

    1. Sucuri Security
    2. Wordfence

    Do they have to do something with the issue? Please advise.

    Also, I will check fatal-errors.log file with developer and let you know shortly.

    I can see a similar case with the Sucuri Security plugin enabled. Could you please disable the plugin temporarily?

    Ok let me disable this plugin for some days. To see the results, I have to wait for couple of days. I will see and get back to you in case of any issues.

    Sucuri Security Plugin has been disabled. I will check the situation for few days and get back to you in case of any problem.
