Frequently Asked Questions

Below, we have some basic questions that may arise when working with Coming Soon plugin.
If you don’t find the answer to your question, please post it through our ticket system. We will do everything possible to respond you within 12 hours.

1. Q: Subscription stuck with the “we are checking your data” message.
A: Please check the url address for your site in WordPress General Settings (Settings -> General) – https://prntscr.com/bmyeug – it should be the same for both these fields. If they are not the same – simply set the same url address for your site for these fields.
If you still will have problems with subscription – please contact us through our?internal support. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.

2. Q: Where I can find my subscribers?
A: If you select subscription via WordPress, to find your subscribers go to Users tab on the left navigation menu of WordPress. Each profile of subscriber contains information about user email.
If you selected subscription to another mail service – all information about your subscribers you can find in your mail service account.

3. Q: How do I change the value of the countdown timer?
A: Go to settings of your coming soon template. At the top of the page there is blue panel with coming soon settings. You need to find “More” button which will open the additional settings. Click on it. There you will be able to change the value of the countdown timer, find “Date Start” (it is the day when you decided to enable Coming Soon page) and “Date End” (day when you will finish your site development and disable Coming Soon mode) – https://prntscr.com/9yw39y
Simply change these values on desired.
