Frequently Moving WordPress from Local to Server

    Hi guys,

    I know this question has probably been done to death, but I’m still not able to find a solution that works for me. I have successfully installed WordPress locally (using XAMPP) and I’ve also got the live version.

    My question is: Is there an EASY way to push the changes I’ve made locally to the live version – ideally a one click solution?
    If this is not possible, could you tell me the best way to do it, or your favourite way to do it?

    BackupBuddy works well for sites that are not HUGE
