• Hi,

Ultimate Member looks very promising, but barely works on my site. I created new (second) site on multisite install, fresh, without any content. I installed current version of Ultimate Member. Errors:
    – Tabs “About”, “Posts” and “Comments” on User Page lead to “Page not found”
    – I created new form, copied form shortcode to a page, set page to menu. I can click on this page, but it’s empty – form doesn’t show. Live Preview in Form Builder also shows empty window.
    – On Chrome entering Profile or Account page works ok, but then returning to homepage creates a loop and return to Profile page. No such problem on Firefox.

I installed Ultimate Member on fresh wordpress copy (although second site in multisite), tried without any other plugins, with only the default wordpress theme. Nothing changed.

I would love to use Ultimate Member with paid extensions, but before I buy any extension, I need to be sure the plugin will work on my site.

    regards
    Piotr

    Hi @piotrdbk,

This issue can be caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins or due to your server settings.
Try to do a conflict test and see if it helps. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

Check error.log file of your server for any errors. Please contact your hosting provider if you are not sure where to find the error.log file.

    Regards.

    Hi,

thanks for your answer. I checked again – without any active plugin (Ultimate Member was only active plugin), on default wordpress theme – the same errors. I checked server error log – only several “Pending AIO operation, recycle later…” – could that be the cause?

    regards

Add on – I got answer from my provider, that “Pending AIO operation, recycle later…” is not error message but normal work.

    Hi @piotrdbk,

Is it possible to create a new clean WordPress install on your server and check these issues? I’m afraid these issues can be caused by some settings on your hosting provider side. Can you please also check developers console of your browser for any errors?

    Regards.
