Fresh WP install

This is not working for me. I tested this on a fresh WP local installation with only this plugin installed.
I did a simple test by just changing the ‘Pages’ permastructure to ‘page_permalink/%pagename%’.
After saving the changes I went to regenerate the permalinks. It listed the premade page ‘Sample Page’.
I visited the link ‘/page_permalink/sample-page’ but it only returned a ‘Page not found’ page.

Hi @ricricric,
To be clear, Permalink Manager will only detect permalinks if the native “pretty permalinks” functionality is working. Is the issue still there when the plugin is deactivated and you try to load any URL?
If this is the case, please follow the steps to fix this problem.

Thank you very much. I am sorry if it is taking so long, but no one else has reported a similar issue to me. It appears that both the rewrite module and the original permalink functionality are working. I believe the issue here is that you are testing the plugin in a local environment.
There are two more possible causes of the problem. Could you please provide me a list of the URIs saved by my plugin? (you can access them in “Debug” admin section of Permalink Manager).
