    Unfortunately, I didn’t get any email from you regarding the issue. Usually, support emails get fast replies.

    It seems an issue with the API connection that dynamically fetches field definitions. Go to Freshsales API Settings again and make sure that the API Key was not reset accidentally. In that case, use the new API Key. Please send an email to [email protected] or from the plugin’s contact us menu.
