Freshy 2 Error

  • Hello,
    I am trying to install the freshy 2 theme for wordpress with the customize plugin. Install goes fine, but when i try to customize it using the customize plugin, i get the following error:
    Your theme does not support customization. Nevertheless, you can create a css template yourself to provide a form with customization options.
    Also, on the Freshy Options tab, i get this error:
    Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /****/*********/***********/wordpress/wp-content/themes/freshy2/functions.php on line 801
    Is Freshy 2 compatible withe WP 2.6?
