“From Address” not working

I’m using this plugin to send from a G Suite account. When I send a test mail, the G Suite email address for the account does not show up – only the “From Address” is showing. However, once I actually receive the email, it’s from the G Suite address, NOT the “From Address” that I’m entering, and the logs are showing was used.

Why would this happen?
