    I’ve noticed that the “From” address in Woocomerce > Settings > Emails is blank, and remains blank when I fill it in and click Save Changes. I’ve run the healthcheck in troubleshooting mode, so all plugins and themes except Woocommerce are deactivated, and the problem persists. Is this a known issue or how it is expected to work?

    I understand you’re experiencing an issue with the “From” address in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

    This is not a known issue and is definitely not how it’s expected to work. Usually, the information should be saved when you click “Save Changes”. May I ask, do you have any trouble saving other settings in your store?

    It’s also great that you’ve already run a health check in troubleshooting mode. Since the issue persists, it might be related to a potential caching issue. I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and asking them to clear any cache that could be causing this.

    Thanks for the reply. No everything else seems to save as expected, even the From name saves if changed. I will try clearing the cache on the server and let you know.

    This is quite unusual then if all other settings save just fine. Please try clearing any server side caches and let us know how everything goes.

    All cache has been cleared but the problem persists. I have discovered that if I fill in the From address box and save, although it goes blank it does keep the change. I can only tell this by sending test emails.

    Thanks for sharing an update with us.

    In that case, this makes the issue as solved. I’m I right? As it should display the address, have you already tried saving the changes from a different browser? If not, please try and see if this makes any difference.
