From and reply-to fields

Hi,

How can I set separate From and Reply to fields for a form under email options? Looks like it’s only possible to set one address for both, that can be a permanent address or the email address field of the form. But I want the from filed to be a email address on my domain ([email protected]) and the Reply-to address the email field on the form. How is it possible? Thanks…
