    At the very least, PLEASE include the theme you are using in your support request.

    This allows us to duplicate the issue much faster than guessing. The most common cause of problems is the theme being used (particularly commercial non-WP approved themes).

    The second most common cause is remotely hosted or plugin-specific copies of jQuery libraries.

    So, before you post, try switching to a core WP theme and disabling plugins to determine if the problem is, in fact, being caused by Child Theme Configurator.
