"From" email address is wrong

Store URL: Sandbox version (moving target!): astorservices.org/children/products-page/
WordPress version: 3.8.1
WP e-Commerce version: 3.8.13.3
Gold Cart version: none
Theme: custom

I did this:

Store settings page > Admin tab >
From Address: [our preferred address]
Sender Name: [our site’s name]

I expected WP e-Commerce to do this:

Send customer receipt emails with the “From” details I set in the Admin tab.

Instead it did this:

Sends email with different “From” information. We can’t figure out where it is getting the information from, because it is not the information on Settings > General (main WP settings) or those from any other plugins that have settings pages.

Any suggestions?
