“From Email” and “From Name” are read only

    In the settings page for the WP Mail SMTP plugin, both the “From Email” and the “From Name” fields are read only.

    From what I have gleaned from web searches, these two fields are supposed to be editable. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    I fixed this by deleting the plugin after checking the “Uninstall WP Mail SMTP” option in the Settings | Misc page and then reinstalling it.
