FROM email hijacks WooCommerce FROM email

Is it possible to have notifications come from different email addresses?

Example: I have one set up so that when a new post type is published, a notification is sent to a listserv. I want that to come from trips@

I put that email in the From Email field in Carriers in settings. But what if I want other notifications I set up to come from other email addresses?

What’s worse, is this overrides the email address I have set up in WooCommerce email settings. So now when people make a purchase, their confirmation comes from trips@ instead of info@
