From field on the email otification

  • When a user fills out a form the notification goes to my client. It confused him that the from field reads as follows “[email protected]; on behalf of; Jim Steele Tree Maintenance [[email protected]]”. What controls that field? I would rather see it use something more generic. Is there anything I can do?

  • I’m having a similar problem. My client is receiving the forms via email but the from field says it’s from me so this is a problem when they reply to the person who filled out the form. How can I change this so that the from field reflects my client’s business and not my web design company?
