Please know that I could not reproduce the issue on https://ko4tda.com/contact, and here’s a screenshot.

When you get a chance, could you please try your form again in an incognito window? Or clear your browser’s cache? That is to prevent your browser’s cache from interfering with your test. In case it helps, you can find more details on how to clear your browser’s cache in this tutorial.

I’ve used 4 different browsers on 2 different devices. All showing the exact same thing as shown above.

However, I could not reproduce the issue on:

• Google Chrome: https://a.supportally.com/i/07Y4nq 
• Firefox: https://a.supportally.com/i/UEymch 
• Microsoft Edge: https://a.supportally.com/i/iRoS9e 

I could only reproduce the issue in the new version (17.2) of the Safari browser: https://a.supportally.com/i/KkR9Cj. This is a known bug with this new version, and our developer team is working to fix it.

I apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime and if I can’t provide an ETA when a fix will be released.

However, I’m taking note of this topic, and I’ll make sure to send a message when an update that fixes this issue is released.

Weird! I used Firefox, Chrome & Safari and get the same results. I am using an iPad & iPhone.

I could try your form using Google Chrome and Firefox on an iPhone with iOS 17.2, and I could reproduce the issue:

Thanks for your patience while our team worked to solve the bug with iOS 17.2.x.

We released WPForms 1.8.6.2, and the issue was solved. When you get a chance, please update WPForms, clear your site cache, and the issue should not happen again.

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with the first name and last name fields of the WP Forms. This problem occurs only with the latest version of Firefox (version 125.0.1 Release April 16, 2024) and not with Chrome. I have tested it with both the updated and outdated versions of theme and it is not related to the theme or cache.

As explained in the ticket 4128062, I could not reproduce the issue using a default WordPress theme.?

When you get a chance, please try to reproduce the issue with the form on https://firefox.instawp.xyz/. It is similar to your form, but using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

I was unable to replicate the issue using the latest Firefox version (screenshot).
