From Line in Mail Notification

Currently, when we receive a notification that a Contact Form has been submitted, the From Line that comes in reads as follows:

WordPress <FirstName LastName>

Where can I make a change in settings so that the From Line Might read something like?:

Website Contact Form <FirstName LastName>

ie – I’d like the word WordPress NOT to be in the From Line.
