“From Name” and “From Email” ignored

    Hello,
    I specified the “From Name” and “From Email” inside the form editor->Email tab, but when I submit the form, the “From” field of the delivered email is filled with the website name and the administrator email of wordpress instead.
    Am I missing something? Thanks

    Thanks so much for your interest in Caldera Forms, it means a lot to us.

    You should check out the Caldera Forms Getting Started Guide on our website: https://calderaforms.com/getting-started/. I don’t have enough information to diagnose this for sure, but it sounds like you might be getting the Email notification (the email that alerts you that your form was submitted, in the Email tab) confused with the Autoresponder (the email that the person who submitted your form gets, in the Processors tab under Autoresponder). The Getting Stated may clarify the issue.
