from name string not update in notification

    Hello

    I modified the from name string, but it still does not appear in mail notifications, even though I have enabled that option. Could you please advise what modifications we need to make so that they appear in notifications?

    Thanks for coming today!

    Please, let me clarify that not all SMTP mailers support the extra ‘from’ option we added, so in this case I guess your SMTP mailer did not support that.

    Hello @ninjateamwp I have configured a plugin with outlook microsoft mailer so I have added a different “From Name” but still it shows my personal name on the email notification I want to change it to a different please advise the solution for that.

    And also please Clearify is its free plugin means we currently configured with Microsoft personal account so do we need any charges for that

    yes sure @alina98 please let me know the if it possible or not and if not please given me other advice also how to do it

    Thanks for your patient. Current provider ( outlook microsoft mailer ) doesn’t support setting and forcing From Name. Emails will be sent on behalf of the account name used to setup the connection.

    You can use other mailers such as: Sendgrid, Sendinblue, Gmail, Other SMTP, … will be customized “From name”, but with Outlook MS it is not supported.
