I’ve checked the box for Additional Email Fields and filled in the fields for From Name and Email and Reply To with info for my site, but after testing several times, all I ever see is that incoming emails are listed only as my default username and email address.

At the risk of giving a “it’s not me, it’s them” out, I’ll add that I’m using Godaddy as a host and the Postman SMTP plugin to send email by way of Google’s outgoing mail.

It’s not mission critical, but I’d really like for my users to see the site’s admin address and a “friendly” name.

    Hi @jedimasta,
    Thanks for your message.

When you say “listed only as my default username and email address” – do you mean that notifications sent out by BNFW are coming from ‘WordPress’ and [email protected]?

If so, can you tell me which notifications you’re using and if this is happening to all notifications or just some?

    Thanks,
    Jack

Apologies, I may have posted this on the wrong support forum. The issue is likely with Postman, not with BNFW
