From offline payment to online payment : the transition

    Hi,
    my marketplace is with no payment online, only cash on delivery.
    I would like to migrate to online payment because it is more convenient, using Stripe connect.
    As it is a non-commission marketplace, I want the vendor to enter their stripe loggin to their dashboard. It might take sometime to have the full migration.
    And it is not possible to have 2 payment method in 1 order for the client:
    During this transition, what do you recommande me if I don’t want to put my website on the waiting page?

  • Hello @marinetralala94,

    Yes, it is better to put the marketplace on Maintenance mode or, if you want you can still collect payment from customer to your(admin) stripe account. You can enable purchase from a non-connected vendor from Dokan Stripe Connect settings until your vendor to configure their stripe.

    As it is not a free feature so, I suggest you send an email to our own support forum because this forum is only for discussing free features.
