"From The Blog" Post Issue?

Hello,
first of all let me thank you for creating this wonderful theme, I like it a lot!

Secondly I want to ask to the Theme Author/Experienced Users, why on my website, on the “From The Blog” lower section of the main page, only 3 Posts instead of 4 are displayed.
I tried to search the web for an answer, but I had bad luck in finding it… Also I couldn’t understand if this happens because this is a feature available only with the premium theme, or I have to edit something to make this work properly.
