Front colours in menu

  • Hi. I′m totally new to this. I maneaged to change the colors to the menu, sidebar and header. But I used light colours, and the font colours are white, and the letters almost disappear. How can I cange the colors (and size?) of these letters? Can I reach the full html-coding of my website somehowe? Or what can I do?
