    Hi I have enabled your plugin in the above site but it doesn’t appear on checkout. It’s built with wpbakery builder. Is it compatible or not?

    Hello, the plugin doesn’t have a problem with any builders, it has a problem when you go and mess the checkout fields either with some other plugin (checkout field editor) or by changing them by code or your theme.
    I would suggest you don’t try to reinvent the wheel and put the checkout fields in the default order that woocommerce has them and then the plugin will work fine. Deactivate any plugin that messes with the checkout fields
