    Hello .

I just want to know more about this plugin .

Is there a way I can create a form in which users can fill up in order for them to be able to input their company , business etc into the directory ?

I was looking for a documentation for this but I think I can’t find one .

    Thanks .

Thanks for the immediate reply .

Just want to know if the the logged in users is the one registered in the wordpress site itself ?

Or does it pull out users from a registered users in your plugin ?

    Thanks again .

The Form extension allows anyone site visitor to submit an entry regardless if the visitor is a registered WordPress user or not. If your intent is to only allow your site’s WordPress registered users to submit their own entry and maintain it, then you need the Link extension. YOu can then configure Form to only allow registered users to submit entries to limit the frontend add/editing only to registered users and Link will maintain the the relationship (link) between a single entry and the user account so the user may only add/edit their own entry.

For search and the category filter, you’ll want one of the premium templates which enable these features. All premium templates come with these two features but a couple have them disabled by default due to their design focus to be used for small team directories. If you choose one of those template, these two features can be enabled.

Hope I have thoroughly answered your questions.

You can not but you have options. You could rename the category. OR you can set a different category as your default and then delete the Uncategorized category.

    https://connections-pro.com/documentation/settings/#Default_Category

It works pretty much exact how the default category works for WordPress posts, hope this helps!
