    As far as I can see your hosting is wordpress.com

    They’re not allowing to use any third-party backup plugin on their website which is sad for us. I know there are cases where our plugin actually worked.

    Nevertheless your issue seems to be caused by some style/script not loaded.
    Could you please clear cache on your website and once you do that send me image of your browser developer console?

    You can access the console by clicking F12 then pick Console tab. Once you do that refresh your site with open console and screenshot or copy the output.

    I’d like to see which error you get during script/style load. If it’s 404 or 403.
