    Hi @industrialtex ,

Please try to delete the caches and temporary files from your site and browser before checking again on your site.

Please check it again with the latest version of our plugin on your site in an Incognito or Private tab.

If this issue still exists, kindly provide your public site link for us to check it further.

    Best regards.

    Hi @industrialtex ,

I inspected on your site and found out that this might be triggered due to the conflict between our plugin and the swatches interface you are using on your site for the variations.

You can try to go to Products >> Attributes to find that attribute (Ship from) and only use the simple text “Ship From” for the attribute label instead. The HTML elements used in the brackets currently are not supported by our plugin.

    Best regards.

    Hey,

Thanks for your response. But it was working without any issue on the previous version.
Further, we are already using simple text in attributes : https://prnt.sc/8yxJ3mF82VVq

Can you please help me to make the latest version compatible with with my theme site.

    Thanks

Hello, I got the same issue on my website.

As the OP states I did not have this problem on previous versions.

Please check a single product page on my website here :

    Thank you

    Hi @kanten & @industrialtex ,

I have consulted our developers and they confirmed that this was a conflict with the variation selector interface you are using – the swatches from the Shoptimizer theme. This type of interface seems to use the complex attribute labels instead of the mere label for the attributes of variable products, so it caused the issue.

Unfortunately, this type of swatches interface is not fully supported by our plugins. You might experience the display and variation selection issues when using variable products with other WPC plugins from our team with the current swatches interface.

We can’t provide a fix for this, sadly. This is a reason why we need to develop a swatches plugin on our own to work with linked variations: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpc-variation-swatches/.

    Best regards.

I tried to install your plugin but when I use the button mode to select sizes, it doesn’t click, just does nothing when trying to select a size..

    Hi @kanten,

Since the theme you are using already provides a swatches interface for variable products, you might need to check the theme settings to disable that interface before you can use our swatches plugin.

Some themes might not allow users to disable the built-in variation selector, you can give it a try by changing to one of the default WooCommerce-specialized such as our WPC themes here https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/wpclever/#content-themes or the Storefront theme to check for sure.

    Best regards.

I couldn’t find a way to make your swatch plugin work even after disabling the swatch from theme.

I finally end up hiding the error via CSS
