    Hi,
I failed big time to fix the look of my login screen.
I am using Astra theme, Astra Pro, Elementor Pro, Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash?
I created the custom login screen using Elementor and used the Uncanny short code [uo_login_ui]

    Problem #1
First time, I activated Front end login of Uncanny toolkit, the custom login screen looked good (screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/vvaIjcSyCoNF)
But I was not able to login due to caching issues which got fixed after I deactivated caching.

    Problem #2
But now another issue came up after deactivating caching which is, the custom login screen went totally in disarray (screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/MWlIPd8NLKE). After this I tried in numerous way to fix the UI of the custom login screen but failed

Please suggest the fix for this problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bibroy ,

It looks like you submitted the ticket through 3 channels; just posting here is enough and we’ll see it. I’ll delete the other requests.

I tried the link above but it doesn’t look like either screenshot; there’s also a mixed content issue and I wonder if http vs. https issues could be partially related. Based on the screenshot, though I can’t confirm now, it almost seems like our CSS isn’t being enqueued or it’s conflicting with something else. I do see some CSS related to login for WLM on the page; I’m wondering if you’re using multiple login tools and something else is blocking ours, or if you’re set the login page as an endpoint in another plugin as well as selecting it as the login page in our plugin.

You could try disabling all other plugins except ours temporarily, then reactivate them to see when the change occurs, to see if you can trace the conflict to another plugin.

yes, I use WLM but deactivating WLM (after you said) did not help. Even though I use WLM (wishlist member), I don’t login and registration part of WLM. Also, I don’t use any other login tools. I used earlier (learndash login & registration templates) but disabled it. Also I tried some other free login tools (such as loginpress) but uninstalled all of them.

I am trying to fix the mix content issue (due to one image of deposit photos) but I am not sure why it is served in http mode even though it’s uploaded in media library.

I feel it has something to do with Astra theme. I tried disabling it and activating a free theme such as twenty-twenty. This somewhat improved the fields alignment but not everything.

If you want I can give login details but I need to share it with you securely and not in this open forum.

Let me know how to fix the issue.

The login screen you saw did not look like the screnshots because I was experimenting and disabled frontend login temporarily – I have reactivated it again.

    Hi @bibroy ,

If you have Toolkit Pro then yes, you should log a ticket on our site with access info and we can take a look for you. If you’re just using the free version, we unfortunately couldn’t sign into your site directly for liability reasons.

Temporarily disabling all plugins except the Toolkit, and switching themes temporarily, is the best way to try to trace the source of the conflict. This step is important though, you need to understand what other plugin (or theme) might be overriding the layout or stopping the CSS/JS from being enqueued properly.

Thanks. But I don’t use Toolkit Pro but the free one.

In order to test, I setup wordpress locally using Local by flywheel.
I installed only uncany tool kit for learndash and used twenty-twenty theme.

I am not sure if this is the look I should expect for the front end login. Can you confirm?

    Hi @bibroy,

Could you confirm that you’re using the [uo_login_ui] and that in the Front End Login module settings that you’re using the Boxed with Shadow template?

    Thanks

    Wow, thanks so much!
Yes, I am using the [uo_login_ui] shortcode.
But the Boxed with Shadow template solved all the layout problem in a jiffy ??

If this advice would have come through earlier, I would not have to go through all the headaches I had ?? Thanks any way
