  • Thanks for the heads up schooladvice, we’re looking into it!

    Hi,

Do you use the latest “Frontend Submissions” addon version?

Try to deactivate the following options:
Dashboard > Events > Settings > Advanced > Advanced Settings
    1. Disable gzip compression.
    2. Use frontend rendering.
    3. Use advanced JS cache.

Thanks for your suggestions, I’ve made the changes and it seems to be working now. As for latest version, will I get auto updates or do I have to go to my account and download the product again and install. I’m assuming I’m working with the most current version, but I can’t say for sure. Is there a ver number I can refer to.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Hi,

No problem, I am glad your problem is solved.

Do you know which option fixed this issue?
On the “Plugins” page, click on the link “Check for updates” below “All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly” and you will see available updates.

Ok thanks – no new updates so I gather I’m current. As for what worked. I turned everything off, so can’t be specific. I’ll go back later and do a selective test and let you know.

It’s still not perfect, occasionally hangs just before the front end data entry screen pops up. But it is better than before.

    Thanks
    M

I’m not able to access my advance settings as the button to advance seems not to work – nor does my ability to submit events from my dashboard..Any thoughts on fixing this? I have the pro version with front end submission add on – which you can find here: https://blackbayarea.co/calendar/

@robtg4, Please create a new topic for your issue.

    Thanks,
    Ben
