Front end submissions

  • Hello, have installed the plug-in and am interested in getting the add-ons, however I need to check if they support front end paid bookings for separate clients. Like can different clients log on and submit events and get paid for tickets booked? or is there only the option for payment to main admin user?

    Hi webgalway,

    At present there is no support for front-end booking management. The FES extension allows users to submit (and edit) events from the front-end, and even create tickets. However it does not support managing the bookings.

    The Pro extension, which adds the ability to sell tickets, only has a global setting for bookings (i.e. all bookings go through the same account). However, with a few of the gateways, there are free extensions available that allow you to configure the gateway settings on an event or user (event organiser) basis – but again, this is all admin-side only.
