  • Hiya,

If a venue manager has a user account on your site, and is assigned as the author to their events, and you provide appropriate permissions then yes, that’s possible with Free and Pro.

Note that there is no way to automatically attach a user to events happening at a particular location without custom coding.

I.e. if you *create* the events for them, they’ll only be allowed to edit if you assign them as the author.

    Thanks

Your first sentence: She can do it from the front end though, right?

Secondly though, is there a way for random visitors to submit events and have them sit subject to my approval before going live? In other words, people who don’t have user “accounts” set up, per se.

Yes, you can do the front end submission with both pro & free.
