Front End User Posting- How to enable/set it up

Hello!

First of all Alexander your theme is SICK! I LOVE it!

I would love to be able to enable users to register a user account from the front end and to submit their own posts – again from the front end. (I don’t want them seeing the WP backend at all)

Do you or anyone else know how I can set this up? I want all posts submitted to go into draft mode as I will approve them to be published. I would like users to be able to upload images to the main post and set the featured image.

And I want them to have the ability to edit and save as draft if needed- before it’s published.

Q#2:
How do I have the Author box at the end of each article & have it link to my Google account? (And have the same for registered user posts?

Q#3:
On your demo you have a menu bar that runs horizontally- how did you do that?
