• Hi there

I have a site whereby charities register a “Page” to display their contact info, etc. I am using Web Directory 2. Plugin for this feature.

However what I need is a way to add a type of “table / spreadsheet” to the Charities page, which they can “fill in” as their shopping list. ie, they need to be able to add and edit entries on this “shopping list” table, and of course each “Charity” will have a different shopping list when they are each logged in.

Does anyone perhaps know of such a plugin or theme which I could use to achieve this?

    Thank you

  • Do you want a shopping cart or just a list? Wouldn’t ninja forms help you with this?

If you need to add custom fields to accomplish this, I love Advanced Custom Fields which I imagine you should be able to add to each respective templates here, the one used to collect the information and the other used to display it on the site. It sounds like you just need additional simple text fields that they can overwrite as needed.

Btw, the plugin you mentioned, Web Directory 2.0, will work for what I’ve been looking for, so thanks @ultramel1987

@a2hostingrj – I do not need a shopping cart – only a list with multiple colums. I will take a look at Ninja forms – thank you very much.

@visualeight – Thank you for the suggestion of the Advanced Custom Fields ?? I’m glad I could help! Web Directory 2.0 is a great plugin

The form option with multiple columns seemed to almost work – however once the info / shopping list is completed, the info needs to “stay on the form” and save for viewing, but not actually “send”

Here is an example of how the list should be displayed :

Once the user filled in the shopping list, others must be able to view it. as well as the fact that each “charity / registered user” needs to have their own list?

Back to the drawing board ??
