I have a site that does not allow any Back End access, except for Admin user.
When trying to create a post in Front End, and when one clicks on YouTube button “Created by this Plugin” a new browser window opens up, but window only shows Home page. I am assuming that this is because Back End access is not allowed to regular user. How can this plugin be used with Front End only access?

Nobody knows how to get it to work on a blog that only allows front end access for authors?

    Details:
Front end access is handled by:
    – BoddyPress

The plugins I use to prevent back end access are:

    – Hide Admin Bar From Non-admins
    – Remove Dashboard Access

    Hi,

Backend access is required for the wizard. The plugin does allow you to limit which kinds of users can use the wizard in the backend though. In particular, these roles can be turned on or off:
    Administrators
    Editors
    Authors
    Contributors
    Subscribers

Oh well, I guess this plugin is useless for me since I don’t want Authors to have access to back end, but I need them to be able to add Youtube videos to posts.
    Hunt continues for Youtube Plugin.
