    It does support static front page just customize while you edit that page.

    Tried that, I’m sure it’s an issue with my theme, it works for me to just use the widget defaults for that page.

    Yeah try default theme you can confirm it works then.

    tested it in base framework theme and it works, I created a front-page.php to do custom post feed so it’s something with that. Thanks for response.

    Dear Codeandmore,

    Love your plugin and can’t live without it. So, imagine my despair when, having just migrated a site to a new server, the new version of the site displays the widgets on the home page (the problem is only on the home page) it also deletes my footer and displays the content of the home page widgets in duplicate in the footer area.

    I even tried deleting all the widgets and they remained stubbornly present in the home page footer.

    Any and all help to resolve this would be extremely appreciated,
