Front Page Banner won't change

  • When I try to change the Banner image from the theme default, the customize tools don’t work. I go to “Appearance” > “Customize” > “Banner” > “Frontpage Banner – General”. I click on “Upload”, and nothing happens. I change the radio box options and nothing happens. The “Saved” button is never active. Suggestions?

    Hello – sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Which browser are you using to make the changes? I would suggest trying Chrome or Firefox. Let me know if it still does not work and we can look into it.

    I have the same issue in both Chrome and Firefox (on a Mac, if that matters).

    Hi marcelle42 – can you send me a temporary login to your site on [email protected] so I can give it a shot? You can also try disabling all plugins and then try again just to rule out a plugin conflict.
