• Hello José,

Is there a way to FIX the width of the Front Page Branding Slider, so that on a PC monitor/screen, the responsive size of the image grows to the

      maximum width

of the rest of the page, but no larger?
    I think the ‘site-main max-width’ = 1024px.

Currently, on some monitor/screens, the image can grow to be very large, especially if the monitor has a high resolution!

Please let me know. Thank you.

    Hey bluebyro,

I am not very sure if I understood what you are saying here, but I am aware people are having troubles with the slider, specially with the branding one.

But the branding slider itself doesn’t follow the ‘site-main’ class size. It uses the size of the monitor as reference. So, that’s why I think you are having some trouble with larger screens.

I think what you can do right now is wrap your slider with a div and set it the width size you want to.

What I can tell you is that I am doing a lot of changes for the next version, actually, I am rewriting everything again with the feedback I am receiving here.

    Hi José,

I am not so confident with determining which file to write the DIV to, nor the actual HTML coding that should be used.
I am good at cutting-and-pasting, though!
That’s okay – I’ll wait and see the options your next version provides.

I hope you take the feedback and participation in this forum as a kind of praise and appreciation for your template.
This is the first time I’ve logged in to ask a Theme Author any questions – mainly because it’s one of the best themes I’ve come across. I’ve actually been interested to try out and use the extensive customisations that you have made available.

    Keep up the good work!

Actually, I am rewriting the theme from zero. I am afraid everyone who already have the theme installed will lost their current settings, because I am trying to simplify things, not only for me, but for users.

On the next version, page settings will be divided by tabs to make easier to comprehend where exactly the users are making changes, so thats why current settings will be lost. But I think everyone can have everything back again in 5 minutes, because this theme is very easy to customize.

Also, it has a new slider that fill better on small device. New inputs for social information (phone, mail and address). Full width pages, etc.
