Hi I am having a problem with regards to the front page of the website. I am using the proeficient theme builder and also the jegkit element. It appears that when I edit with elementor, it looks perfectly fine. But in the front-page it is disoriented. The jegkit elementor kit that I have is the version 2.6.9?whereas the elementor is Version 3.24.4. Yesterday my front-page looks perfectly fine but today. It looks disoriented and when I try to edit in elementor, it says (server: 400). Please help me in this matter asap since it is a client basis project.

    Hello @jedm012,

We would like to confirm whether the error code you encounter when opening the Elementor Editor is 400 or 500. Could you please provide us with a screenshot of how it appears? This would greatly help us better understand the issue you are experiencing.

For now, you can try enabling the Switch Editor Loader Method option in the menu Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced to address the 400 error.

Regarding the messy appearance of the frontend page, you can try regenerating the Elementor Data in the menu Elementor -> Tools -> General.

If you have regenerated the Elementor Data and the issue still persists, you can try disabling the Element Caching feature in the menu Elementor -> Settings -> Features. Sometimes, this feature can cause such problems.

If you have any optimization or caching features on your site, you can try temporarily disabling them. If these features come from a plugin, you can also try temporarily deactivating that plugin, so we can ensure the issue is not coming from third-party plugins.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You

Do you still have any issues related to this?

We wanted to inform you that yesterday, we updated Jeg Elementor Kit to version 2.6.10. Also, since there hasn’t been any conversation on this topic for a while, we will mark it as resolved.
