Front page featured image not showing correctly on Chrome

My site (link below) doesn’t display the front page featured image properly – it has a large white space above it.

This only happens on Chrome and on desktop. Mobile devices and other browsers (Edge, at least) are ok.

I cloned the site to a subdomain (testsite.help-in-bereavement.org.uk) and it works correctly. When cloning that back to the main site, I still get the problem. So, could it be a problem with the database?

Any ideas please?
