Front page header image not showing

    I recently installed the 2017 theme on another website and loved the header image + the cards from the four featured pages. I attempted to recreate the same theme with this sandbox website, but the header image doesn’t show at all. I have the header image enabled as a backup, and a Youtube video as the primary header, but neither are visible on the home page.

    HI @jowardhoward – I was popping on to take a look at the site – and it seems like the sandbox isn’t loading at the moment. Are you able to make it public and live so I could take a look.

    Hi @jordesign I have the sandbox public and live at the moment. Are you using Chrome? I’ve had problems with Chrome on the sandbox site.

    Hey @jowardhoward – the sandbox is working for me now – thank you.

    When I load it I do see an image of a Koi fish in the header area, but no video. I do also see a Javascript error related to the header – so that could definiely be something.

    Are you running any other plugins on the site, particularly any javascript minification – that could be having an impact. Otherwise I’d just recommend disabling all plugins to see if that helps – then you can reactivate them one by one to help narrow down the culprit.
