Front Page is hacked

My front page has been hacked, when I specify it to be my latest post. No problem if I specify a static Page to be my landing page.

The ad for Text Link Ads does not belong there! I originally had a Commission Junction ad there, but changed the code to Google AdSense to see if that would help. It does not.

When the hack ad is there, I check the source and find the code pasted below, instead of the ad link in my files. I have my own ad scripts in single.php, page.php and category.php — and all those files are still correct.

Again, this only happens on my front page, which varies with the most recent post. This is the code. It’s in the same place my AdSense code should be, and is on every other page. Where can I find it and fix it? Where is it coming from? Is there a different file for loading the front page??? I did post something new, just to see if it was ALWAYS the front page, and it is.
