Front page mobile cache issue

I am having a problem with the Home page of my mobile website not updating. I have purged the caches but there is still one element of the front page (the orange background at the top) that will not disappear/update from the mobile version (I have removed this orange background from the website)

The strange thing is that the orange background does not appear when I view the mobile version on the WordPress dashboard on a desktop, but on an actual mobile device it’s still there.

I have tried across several responsive devices and it’s still thee. I have also disabled the mobile caching on the Cache plugin but I still can’t get my front page to update all elements.
Is there any other settings I can try on the plugin please?
