Front page non-existent!!!?

Hi! I really need help!

When I visit my site “https://www.zlataioktyabrina.com/”, all I see is this default dark blue site with commercial links. Although I tried choosing both “static front page” and “latest posts” in the options, nothing changes. On the other hand, if I go to “https://www.zlataioktyabrina.com/something” I can see my site with my theme and menus etc.

I am trying to fix this for weeks, so if someone has an idea it would be great!!!
