Front Page Sections not translating

I’m using the Hester Pro theme which is using Front Page Sections. The translations strings are available under Languages > Translations. I translated several strings for the theme and also made a language switcher.

However, when I change the language on the website, the language strings specific for the theme are not being translated. I can’t figure out what is going wrong. Is it a problem in the theme or is something wrong with my settings?
