Front Page slider and featured page links to another site

I created a site using the Customizr theme and would now like to have the front page from a new a sub-domain site that I am creating with the Customizr theme link to the original site I created through the buttons on the slider and through the circles (featured page) links and the menu as well. It would look just like the front page on the original site, all the same pages in the menu etc… but the pages shown in the menu would just send the viewer directly to the original site pages. The same for the slider and featured pages. Any help on how to do this would be great.
